Part-Time Personal Assistant (With Potential for Full-Time)
Schedule: Part-Time | Flexible Hours | Opportunity to Grow into Full-Time (10-3, 11-4, or 12-5)
Our client is seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide direct support to a busy executive. This is a part-time position with flexible hours and the potential to evolve into a full-time role based on performance and evolving needs.
This role requires someone who can bring order to the day-to-day, stay two steps ahead, and manage tasks independently. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a laid-back, friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Organizing and maintaining files (digital and physical)
* Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
* Monitoring and responding to emails
* Handling various clerical and administrative tasks
* Assisting with personal errands and organizational projects as needed

Self-Starter - Able to take initiative and work independently with minimal direction
Exceptionally Organized - Loves systems, checklists, and keeping things running smoothly
Professional Yet Easygoing - Comfortable in a casual, personable work setting
Preferred Qualifications:
* Prior experience as a personal or executive assistant
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive information
